Teenagers don’t listen when you say too much so I’d say one thing:

Just because you can’t reason why advice is good it doesn’t mean advice isn’t good. Knowledge does come with experience and you have no conceptual understanding of that – you literally cannot understand the value of experience because you do not yet have it.
